Download Sims 2 Censor Patch Cheats

See Them 2.31 is a tool intended for removing the censor (blurred Sims) in all TS2 versions - Original game, University, Nightlife, Open for Business, Family Fun Stuff, Glamour Life, Pets, Seasons, Celebration Stuff, H&M Fashion, Bon Voyage, Teen Style Stuff, FreeTime, Kitchen and Bath, Ikea Home Stuff, Apartment Life, Mansion & Garden Stuff. in all language versions, with any patch. This program allows placement of objects on a diagonal or out of grid, as well as changing many of the gameplay settings. You can change skills or needs levels of your Sims, their personality or even their look - just launch your game in Debug mode by using See Them 2.

This program has been specially designed with beginners in mind so it has an easy-to-use interface with pictures instead of text.See Them 2 will find the game location by itself, so you don't have to worry about finding the appropriate folder. It also doesn't need any installation or additional files to run.

This program uses the well-known censor.package file made by Quaxi for removing the censor in all game versions. Please visit our website for more info - Simsky.parsimonious.org (. You can always find the newest versions of our items together with a list of other mirror sites there.12/07 - See Them 2.31 is compatible even with Mansion & Garden SP:). There was no need to release a new version of the program.I won't upload the new archive here, there is only one change in the manual - Mansion & Garden Stuff is listed among supported game versions.Note 1: This tool is designed for Windows (98 / Me / 2000 / XP / Vista / 7). It works in all game versions, including stuff packs. It is an external tool - don't use Q-Xpress for downloading it.Mac users can download 'Invisible censor blur' mod made by Quaxi. His thread has been restored after the SXS2 file server crash and the file was uploaded with a new name, even when it is still the same file. ST 2.31 is fully compatible even with this change:).Note 2: Be sure to read the manual before playing with advanced features. I recommend having only the 'Blur remover' and 'Diagonal placement of objects' features turned on all the time (which means the remaining features - 'Debug mode' and 'Placing items out of grid' are turned off). There are many wall-aligned items (doors, windows, kitchen counters.) requiring placing out of grid to be turned off when buying/moving them.

Some user-created items can also show error messages when the Debug mode is on.Note 3: All comments, questions etc. Players wrote in the old See Them 2 thread at MTS2 are lost. Since the downloads counter resets with each uploading the archive here, don't worry about the low number you can see - we celebrated reaching 250.000 users of ST2 at the end of Oct 2006:).If you need any ST2-related help, simply ask in this thread.

Here are some parts of See Them 2.31 manual. How does See Them 2 work?See Them 2 doesn't require any installation. Simply download the SeeThem2.zip file to any folder on a PC with The Sims 2. NOTE: Close the game prior to launching See Them 2.

Then, open the archive and launch See Them 2 by doubleclicking the SeeThem2 file (it has a heart-shaped icon). Or, if you prefer, you can extract the files from the zip to any folder and launch it from there. After launching the program, you can see the same interface, as shown in the picture. If you want to remove the censor blur, click on the left picture (a naked Sim) - the red X sign will change to a green check mark, which indicates that the censor has been successfully removed. If you want to see the censor blur again, just click on the picture with the naked Sim again - the check mark will change back to the red X sign. How do I use the other functions? If you click on the right picture (the one with the plants), you can enable / disable placement of objects out of grid. Use this cheat only for adjusting the placement of e.g. Decorative items after buying them - don't use it while building a house as some items (doors, windows, kitchen counters) require this cheat to be turned off when placing them. When you click on the picture with the armchairs, you can rotate the objects in 45-degree steps and place them on a diagonal.

You must have University or a newer EP for this to work. NOTE: This function does not support all objects. It will not work on many larger objects. You also have to rotate the objects by using the ',' and '.' Keys (there is ' on the same keys).Clicking on the remaining picture (the one with the pie menu) will enable the testing cheats mode - known as Debug mode. This mode has been set up by the game authors and See Them 2 just allows you to enter / quit it.

Some user-created items may display error messages when this mode is on. After enabling this function and while in the game, hold the Shift key and click on a Sim to display the pie menu.

You can change the look of your Sim or the life goals then, but be careful as some of the options can kill your Sim! Don't save the game if you are not sure what happened! This mode also allows you to change the needs levels or skill bars of your Sims - just drag with the left mouse button over each bar in the game to change it to the maximum level! Is there any danger to my game?See Them 2 doesn't modify any of the game files - it just configures the cheat launcher the game executes with each start. Therefore there is no danger to your game when using the program. It is no different than using the Ctrl+Shift+C function within the game and enabling cheats then.

See Them 2 saves you the time and aggravation of typing in certain cheats:).If you use the censor removal feature, See Them 2 adds the censor.package file to the Downloads folder if the censor is off, and deletes it if the censor is turned back on again. NOTE: If you are an advanced player using your own cheat launcher configuration file (userStartup.cheat), this file will be recreated (or deleted if not needed) by the program.See Them 2 does not require neither any other libraries nor programs and it will run on any PC. Also, it does not require any configuration files; does not store data onto any system folders; does not interfere with Registry files; does not gather information on users and does not send any information to the author or other persons via Internet. How do I remove the program? If you intend to remove the program, make sure you turn off all the cheats first (you will have 4 red X signs in the corner of each of the pictures in the program) and then you can simply delete all the files extracted from the zip file. What if I download a newer version of See Them 2? Or if I buy a new Sims 2 EP?If you download a newer version of See Them 2, just replace the old version files with the new ones and launch the program. It's that simple:). No uninstalling required. In case of a new Sims 2 Expansion Pack installation, simply launch the program again - See Them 2 detects the installed EPs with each start and changes the settings according to which EPs are found.Quaxi's censor remover used in ST2 modifies game layer responsible for advanced graphic effects.

It is compatible with all current game versions. In case of minor incompatibility with future EPs (e.g. New graphic effects missing if there are any added) you can simply turn off the censor removal feature in See Them 2. You deleted my post so you could post it instead? So much for wanting users to contribute stuff. How petty, deleting my post so you can get credit for it instead.Seems you didn't get it;o).I'm Dave Luv aka Simsky, creator of See Them 1+2 tools.I want to be able to upload new versions of my tools, it would not be possible in your thread. All this paypal stuff brings difficulties to admins and creators, but we have to respect the decision to get rid of certain content at MTS2. The original ST2 thread from MTS2 with all the posts still hasn't been moved here, so I re-created at least the base thread with FAQs.

My goal is not to get credit for my own work, but to provide support for it in this place. Ive installed the other hack for removing the censor, shoul I remove that one before I use this?It is always better to have just one hack of certain kind in the game. With this mod, you don't need any BHAV-based censor removers.ST2 will remove the 2 most used vertex shader censor hacks for you if you already had them in your game (the one added by SimPE / the censor.package file manually added) - because they are identical with the file ST2 uses, but with different name / in different location.

I realize this is probably a stupid question in the end: But how do you take off all other additions to the download, with the exception of diagonal placing? I've been wanting a download like that but I don't need a censor blur, or the others.Turn on just the feature you want - in your case the diagonal placing by clicking on the picture with armchairs in the program.

All the features are off by default (they have big red X shown, indicating they are not active). You can rotate objects in 45-degree steps by using the keys then. Ok i have read through and everything says just click and go. Then turn off before you start the game. Well i have family fun stuff, i did what see them 2 said to do. I have the other patch from Quaxi's site.I still can not get teh blur to go away.am i missing something?I would love to get the blur to go away but i cant seem to figure out these files. Where does see them 2 suppose to go after unzipping if you choose to not automatically do it (since it dont work for me anyway). Right now it goes to My Documents.

Could that be the issue? Please help. I think this would be a wonderful program if i could get it towork.Heather. Hmann76: Don't use the Q-Xpress thingy, See Them 2 is not a hack, but an external modding tool. Download the SeeThem2.zip archive anywhere, extract the executable file from the archive anywhere and launch it by doubleclicking. The program itself will find the game.ST2 creates 'censor.package' file in your Downloads if you turn on the censor removing feature. It is the file Quaxi made (and you said you already had it). This file works in all game versions, there are no problems with it.If even this doesn't help you, it can be caused by using a buggy censor-related hack (you can try to remove the BHAV-based ones) or by using some w.rez releases of the game with buggy cr.cks.

I'm having some trouble removing the hack, considering after I deleted the file, the non-censor is still up (even after I crossed that command off.) Can someone help me out?Quit the game before launching ST2 (the files can't be deleted when they are in use). Also quit ST2 before launching the game again. You don't have to delete the censor.package file added by ST2 manually, this is done when you click on the naked Sim pic and the green check mark changes to the red X.If you downloaded Quaxi's censor.package file manually and renamed the file, you have to remove it also manually. If you used another tool which installs this kind of hack with different name/location, you have to use that tool for turning the censor back. There is no problem to have multiple instances of this hack from different creators in your game, but you have to get rid of all of them if you want to see the blur again;o).See Them 2.3 will help you in case you used SimPE to get rid of the censor (it can find the file installed by SimPE). But it won't check all your downloads for presence of this hack with other different names/in other locations. If you installed any BHAV-based censor hack, remove it too to see the blur again. Thanks - this works great!

But it did cause some problems - the services menu doesn't work anymore. I keep getting an error message when the maid or gardener try to come. I can't reset it I have to delete the message. That's the only downfall - otherwise, this is so kewl. There are many user-created items and NPCs not fully compatible with debug mode (this mode was set up by Maxis, ST2 will just allow you to enter / quit it). Use this mode only for editing some gameplay settings or skills / need levels of your Sims and turn it off in ST2 after quitting the game.

I don't recommend playing the game in this mode all the time. Turning off this mode will stop those error messages (it is written in the main description too:) ). This may just be a problem with my comp., but I've downloaded the file 2 or 3 times and each time the file is corrupt.

I just thought I'd bring it to your attention in case it isn't just my comp. Everyone else seems fine, so sorry if it is just me.MTS2/SXS2 has problems with downloading from thier servers in these days - timeouts do appear. If you use just IE or Firefox for downloading, these browsers can't handle timeouts. They will treat the file as fully downloaded, even when only a part of the file is on the disc, which results in such errors. You can download See Them 2.31 from Simsky.parsimonious.org (or from SpicySims.

I recommend using any spyware-free download manager, which supports resuming of broken downloads - it fixes these issues (e.g. Freeware Download Express from Metaproducts). Moeppl: There are many methods how to do it:)E.g. You can set the age of your Sim by using a cheat added in Nightlife. It is possible there is also an option for setting the number of days remaining for the current Sim's age in Debug mode, but I haven't played the game for months, so I don't remember all the DM options;o).Or you can use any tool for changing that number of days, e.g. SimPE can do it. I also expect there are some global hacks or objects doing this job, because it should be easy to create such a mod.Stopping aging of just one Sim in the family could bring some problems e.g.

In case of a married couple, so I suggest backing up your TS2 user profile before experimenting. This program doesn't work right for me at allWhen I check the remove censorship part and then run the game.as soon as my sim spins to undress the game closes instantly. If I uncheck and run the game again it runs fine. The blur hangs out.I had the game on this system yesterday and it did the same thing. Since then I have done a fresh xp pro install.

I suspected a lack of resources initially but this system should be more than enough to handle the game:2.41ghz768mb RAMand a 128mb geforce fx-5200All the other hacks and mods I have tried seem to work as well.and the censor isnt conflicting with any other ones as I tried it with the downloads and savedsims folders empty as wellI'm out of options.need some help guys. Maybe an older version or something else I could try? And I've already tried the older one that patches the exe file but that isn't working either because it is looking for an exe file that is larger then the one I have in my folder.edit: nm I found one that goes in the config directory and it works great. Schmooot: In your profile I found that you have the base game version only. I expect your problem was fixed by adding Quaxi's Nightlife file to the game folder manually.

This is the same file ST2 installs, so this should not be the problem. You can try updating your graphics card driver and / or reinstalling DirectX (I recommend using DX 9.0c, it is newer than the 9.0b version from the base game installation CD).Using a cr.ck to get rid of the censor (yes, a cr.ck, because modifying the game executable file is cr.cking) could bring many problems to your game. The internal game protection can treat such modification as piracy, which may result in disabling the build mode etc.Nobody has reported any problems of ST 2.31 in the base game version yet, so I expect your problems could be caused e.g. Quick qestion!i can't figure out how to increase skill levels with this hack.can anyone tell me where to find it?thanks! It is written in the manual:)Clicking on the picture with the pie menu will enable the testing cheats mode.

This mode has been set up by the game authors and See Them 2 just allows you to enter / quit it. This mode allows you to change the needs levels or skill bars of your Sims - just drag with the left mouse button over each bar in the game to change it to the maximum level!Note: Some user-created items or NPCs may display error messages when this mode is on. I recommend turning it on only when you want to adjust something - e.g. The skill bars. Launch the game then, adjust the settings and turn this mode off after quitting the game.

Naughty but niceLeanne: If you used the Q-thingy for downloading ST2, this is what you did wrong;o). ST2 is a modding tool - not a package file, so just right-click on the SeeThem2.zip link and choose Save Target As.

Download the file anywhere, open the archive then and launch the file with the heart-shaped icon by doubleclicking. If you get the Service temp. Unavailable error, it just means this server is overloaded - try again in a few secs, or get the file at my site - Simsky.parsimonious.org (:)Dave. I didn't understand how to remove the censor?I mean.I have to repair something in my game's tunings or I have to find an object which to buy and the censor will me removed?!?Thanks in advance!See Them 2 is a modding tool, it won't appear in the buy mode:)Close the game, launch the See Them 2 executable file (its icon looks like a heart) and click on the picture with the naked Sim. The red X changes to a green check mark, which indicates the vertex shader hack has been successfully added to your Downloads folder. Close ST2 and launch the game - your Sims will be without the blur:). Fire145: I've found 2 censor-related patches, which can really damage your game (they can be found at various websites, especially at those owned by kids). One of them replaces the main game executable file with a cracked version - this works for the oldest game version only, newer games are damaged.

If a player used this hack, he/she has to restore the original Sims2.exe file from a backup. The other hack is BHAV related and written for a certain game version - the game crashes if newer EPs are installed. Removing this hack (the.package file) from the game folder helps in this case. So: Uninstall / remove all censor-related hacks you used from the game folder. Also remove any other nudity-related global hacks (usually having names like e.g. 'naked in the shower') - they may cause this problem too, because global hacks do usually work only in the game version they are designed for.Following hacks are 100% working in any game version, without causing any problems (but use only one of them):Quaxi's censor.package file (also called Invisible censor blur) and modifications of this file @ SimPE website;See Them 2, SimPE - both these programs do use Quaxi's file for removing the censor and they can remove the.package file they've added to the game folder. Just turn off the censor-removing feature in their settings. The game has to be closed when using these programs - the changes can't be applied when the game is running.Using the censorgridsize cheat makes no sense - it works only in the unpatched base game or University - it was removed from the other game versions. I can´t remove it, which files should I delete?'

If you intend to remove the program, make sure you turn off all the cheats first (you will have 4 red X signs in the corner of each of the pictures in the program) and then you can simply delete all the files extracted from the zip file.' I have turned all options off but there´s this meny on the letterbox anaway. I don´t get it.Don't know what you meant with 'there´s this meny on the letterbox' and what you can't remove. Do you mean secret object options when debug mode is on?Close the game, launch ST2, turn off all the active features in the program (you'll get those 4 red X signs when the features are off) and close the program.

That's all, you can delete the program if you want. The game has to be closed, of course - the settings can't be changed if the game files are in use.Turning off the features automatically deletes the files ST2 added to your game: censor.package in Downloads (vertex shader mod) and userStartup.cheat in Config (cheat launcher mod). Thanx I'm new at this I'm sorry If i would have read the whole thing at top before I posted that I would have known that.I expect removing the shower hack helped:)Most of global hacks are written for certain game version(s) - they replace parts of behavior routines written by Maxis. If Maxis rewrites these routines in a newer EP, the game may crash if the hack is present. This is why many global hacks have different versions - one for each EP. If the supported game versions are not mentioned, it's better not to use such a global hack. Hello, I'm quite surprised but I can't find the nude patch nor censor remover.

I've just found See them but it doesn't work at all. When my sims make love, for exemple, it's all blur. But if they walk naked into the room, I see their body with no blur. Help me please!Hi, you have to get rid of obsolete censor removers first, if you have any in your game. The 2 buggy ones many people are getting problems with are mentioned in my reply for fire145.If you can see blur when the Sims make love, but not when they are walking naked, you don't have See Them 2 turned on - the vertex shader hack ST2 installs simply disables the blur effect;o).

Seems you have just an obsolete BHAV censor hack or an sims2.exe file crack.See Them 2 is an external modding tool. There's no need to put the file into the game folder. Don't download it with the Q thingy. Simply download the file to any folder by right-click on the SeeThem2.zip hyperlink and choosing Save target as. Extract the files from the zip to any folder. Close the game and other modding tools. Launch the file with the heart-shaped icon and click on the pic of the naked Sim.

Red X changes to a green check mark - this indicates the censor remover is on. Close the program and launch the game.pfish: See Them 2 uses Quaxi's file for removing the censor.

Download Sims 2 Censor Patch Cheats Codes

There's no need to download the file manually and to have 2 identical files in the game;o). If a player has the mentioned buggy censor remover crack / BHAV hacks in the game, none of the new censor removers will work.

See Them 2 is a modding tool, it won't appear in the buy mode:)Close the game, launch the See Them 2 executable file (its icon looks like a heart) and click on the picture with the naked Sim. The red X changes to a green check mark, which indicates the vertex shader hack has been successfully added to your Downloads folder.

Close ST2 and launch the game - your Sims will be without the blur:)Ok I am lost here in the manual it says that red x= on and green check = off? So which is right???from manualAfter launching the program, you can see the same interface, as shown in the picture atthe website.

If you want to turn off the censor, click on the left picture (a naked Sim)- the red X sign will change to a green check mark, which indicates that the censor hasbeen successfully turned off.If you want to turn the censor back on again, just click on the picture with the nakedSim again - the check mark will change back to the red X sign. Ok I am lost here in the manual it says that red x= on and green check = off? So which is right???from manualAfter launching the program, you can see the same interface, as shown in the picture at the website. Hello!Thank you for this download.

Just wondering if it works with The Sims Life Stories too?I've tried other downloads that says to work with TS2 and it worked perfectly, same here or?Hi, it is possible the censor remover itself (Quaxi's censor.package file, which can be found as Invisible censor blur in other thread) could work even with that game if some game fragments are similar.ST2 won't work - it uses registry keys to find TS2 location. I expect minor update could make ST2 compatible even with TSLS, but since I don't have this game, I can't check it.If somebody having TSLS is interested in doing some tests, just let me know:) E.g. Are there the same cheats in TSLS as in TS2? Can they be stored in a file to be executed with game start? If there are some boolprop cheats allowing the same in Life Stories as ST2 can in TS2 (debug mode, placing out of grid, diagonal placement of objects) + the censor remover works, it should be easy to update ST2 even for this game:) Or are the cheats in TSLS even identical with TS2?I wouldn't say they are identical, they are similar.

Life Stories is like the The Sims 2 without any expansions I'd say. Tried to make one of my sims in LS a vampire but that got screwed up, game freezed and my sim went like a cross and then nothing. It just kept on being normal sim^^Okej, hmm. Tried quaxis censor-remover-thingie and it worked!!!and 45 degrees works! And I must admit that I don't really know what placing out of grid means.:/ but well, boolProp cheats seem to work, except some small things like not able to spawn simmodder, vampire thing, hm.uuhm.

This is a bit funny. (I'm in the game atm and testing things) I used the boolProp cheat shift+click on my sim and 'make vampire', nothing happened as I said before. Except my sim is 'burning'. Just smoke coming from it:rofl:well. I think that was all.byez:bunny. Ninq: Thanks for the checks:)Do you know how to work with regedit?

Could you pls export one registry tree for me? This would be the last step to make ST2 compatible with Life Stories. Here is how to do it: Click on Start, choose Run and type regedit. Press Enter - registry editor opens. Now open the following path: HkeyLocalMachine/Software/EA Games and click on the tree for Life Stories - so you can see its content in the right panel.Choose Registry / Export from the main menu and export the selected tree with any name and.reg extension.

Close the registry editor, zip the.reg file and send it to me:)One of the keys in the tree sure contains the install path + user profile path for Life Stories, so I have to check the names of these keys. This tree doesn't contain any private info - the game license code is stored in a different tree.

Sorry to disturb, but I would appreciate if it was placed a warning on the front page description of this mod, that it is not only overpassing the initial start up rules but namely it deletes custom startup rules.I had an UserStartUp with several new rules for my game and it was simply deleted by your program without any backUp. I almost had an attack. I didn't have a back up for my UserStartUp.

Fortunately I have two computers and the second one had an old version of the rules. Fortunately I had an Exception in my game that dumped all the TS2 cheats on a txt file.

I could remake my game rules but otherwise I wouldn't know even where to start.I had to delete your program cause my UserStartUp is somehow a little bit more container. My mods cause the testcheatenabled to dump a lot of errors.I learned that TestCheatEnabled is the most handcapped help middle available in game so I simply ignore it. It is just good to dump all the game Cheats in the case one wants to stablish new rules.Uff, on the blade edge.

Xptl297: ST2 is a tool designed for beginners. I doubt beginners do know what a.cheat file (also called cheat launcher) is.

They don't have it in their games, so why should a tool designed for beginners expect that a skilled player created his/her own.cheat file and to parse entries in this file?Imagine this - you're a newbie launching a modding tool. A message appears: 'Warning'! This tool adds a.cheat file to your game. If you already have one, it will be either recreated or deleted if not needed by the chosen settings. Such a player would be scared (doesn't know what's this message about) - clicks 'No' without using such a tool anymore. There used to be some initial and confirmation messages in the older versions of ST2, but after hundreds of requests I removed them.

Sims

Your note is the third opposite request I've ever got.I won't add a warning to the program, but I can add a line for advanced players to the manual in its next release. I have a problem with the censorpackage file.I am able to work through it, but it becomes quite annoying.Your instructions say the program will delete the censor file, but my computer would not delete it with the program still open.So I am stuck with only two of the cheats, unless I restart the game.I end up having to delete it manually. I wonder if it's because I have Vista?Any updates please let me know. Even so, I greatly appreciate this upload.:ST2 is fully compatible with Vista:)You simply can't use any external modding tool when the game is running - the tool can't change anything in the game, because TS2 locks all the files when running. So close the game before changing any settings in See Them 2 / SimPE and other tools. Kitty666666: Please continue in reading.pfish: Don't know why a moderator posts the link everytime a player reports problems not related to See Them 2.Just read ST2 description in the main thread and you'll see that See Them 2 installs the same file as what can be found in the link you posted - Quaxi's censor.package file.kitty666666: Such problems are related to using warez censor removers in most cases. There is a Sims2.exe file censor-related crack available at many sites, which causes all censor related mods to crash the game.

Restoring the Sims2.exe file from a backup is the only solution if you 'applied' that patch. Also try removing obsolete BHAV censor-related hacks (especially the one for 'seeing them naked in the shower').This is what helped to most of the players - not replacing Quaxi's file by Quaxi's file;o). Urbanchica1nine82: Do you have Windows Vista? The archive extractor on this OS works kinda funny. Sometimes instead of extracting the files to a temporary folder and launching the executable one, it simply opens the archive again and nothing happens.I recommend extracting the files from the.zip archive manually to a folder (so the extractor won't use a temporary folder) and launching the executable file from there. You can use e.g. Winrar or 7zip for better work with.zip archives - there is an option for extracting the archive to a folder when clicking on it with right mouse button in Windows Explorer. Hi, thanx 4 the fast response.I have windows xp. When I extracted it I put it on the desk top for easy access.

It worked the first time I clicked on it and the picture came up and I picked what you recommended which was the blur remover and the diagonal object placement. I went back to try it again, just to make sure it worked with me game, but ever since I've been clicking and clicking on it and the picture doesn't pop up like it did the first time. I haven't tried yet today. Maybe it was just somethign weird, if It doesn't work I'll update and let you know.Thanx!:).

Urbanchica1nine82: Yes, just delete the files you extracted from the archive and redownload and extract to different folder. There are 2 files still in your game, but no need to delete them manually at the moment, if the redownloading helps. If you won't be able to launch the program again, just remember if e.g.

A message asking if you really want to launch the program didn't show up - there may be some security features of some resident programs e.g. Blocking adding executable files to your desktop - the program could have been added to 'blacklist' if you chose 'No'. My WXP SP2 often prevents my copy of AVG antivrus from launching - it says it's a 'danger';o)). This sounds great, its what im after, but im having issues downloading, it keeps downloading it as a 45kb file, which is corrupted, something wrong my end perhaps? I've tried clearing cookies etc, but no help:/The file size is 246 kB.

If the downloading process fails and you use IE or FF, both these programs do treat the file as fully downloaded, even when only a part of the archive is on the disc. Simply redownloading doesn't help - the browser will find the file in the cache and will save the corrupted version again - instead of redownloading.Either delete temporary internet files in your browser and then redownload from here, or download the file direct from my website - Simsky.parsimonious.org:). I just wanted to let you guys know I rarely come here, though I'm of age. But I do come here for this spectacular item!!

I like the convenience of being able to change their interests and such. Speaking of, Freetime seems to change the way the interests remain. I increase all interests but in the end the interests resort back to a default set number of points as if there's a limit.

Not sure if you guys can do something or if insimenator can but I'm glad to have the tools to play the way I like to play, thank you!!Xts. XTS: I am finally able to answer (was not able to log in due to SXS2 DB corruption for 3 days).I did some testing - and found nothing unusual. I played with Cassandra Goth, set all her skills and hobbies by using ST2, saved and quit the lot - the bars were on the same levels as before quitting. I let Cassandra to read about Mechanical, which increased her Tinkering bar successfully (her favorite hobby). I saved the lot, closed the game, tuned off debug mode in ST2, started the game - all bars were at the same positions as before leaving.

I let Cassandra to increase her hobby / skill bars by regular interactions - it successfully worked. Conclusion: no change has been done in FreeTime, debug mode (activated by ST2) still can be used for adjusting Sims' skill / hobby bars by just mouse dragging. Something conflicts in my game then. I don't want to be out of line and I'm unsure where to discuss it since it may be conflicting with insimenator. I'll try to test tonight as I know it resets with me after I use your ST2 to adjust the interests and a sims watches a movie. I don't remember which other events changed it but they were freetime like events. I'll go check, do you want me to pm you or post in here? Thanks for looking:)XtsPS. Tornado alarm, gotta goEDIT: Tornado passed by (barely) and just rain now:)I pulled out insimenator and tried it again.

I kept interests open while I checked this. Turned out the same, they reset again. I had them watch a movie, comedy, chicken was the name of it. Soon as they started watching, all the other interests would reset somewhat. I had them all maxed and some went to 0.

The insimenator and ST2 are the only hacks aside from the opening window hack, which was not in during the last time I had this installed so I know it doesn't affect it. I hope it's okay I posted this here.Is there anything you want me to try? I'm not really good at troubleshooting hacks and such. I've only noticed the interests doing this and it takes about 3-5 seconds before the interests change on me. My sims are maxed on skills, if that makes any difference. Have most badges (except freetime's). Just let me know what information you want:)Xts.

Hi Dave!I was just lurking through here and noticed this particular issue that you're discussing with XTS. Your mod works beautifully. I have all EP's and extensive hacks and mods in my game but no insimenator, for now.

I happen to notice that xts is using the insimenator in the game. Eric hasn't released the new version 2.8 yet and he as well as the other admin at insimenator have repeatedly voiced that the insimenator is unstable. People that have been using it have been doing so at there own risk.

With that being said, what has happened is with xts using the insimenator in game, it is creating ghost tags on the sims that xts has been interacting with as well as lots. Even if he/she has been using the object edition it will still give you a false sense of working while corrupting your main files in the background. The insimenator needs to be completely removed and start a fresh uncontaminated neighborhood to check if the issue is still present. Xts may have to do what I did remove freetime and reinstall it but don't put insimv2.7b in again. Simbology has the simblender which has a lot of the features the insimenator does.Sorry I was so long winded.

I am just trying to help.Good LuckLorisahmormakmom. Thanks a lot for the info, Lori (sahmormakmom):)Hope XTS will manage to fully remove Insim from the game.DaveSorry to respond so late, I've been gone helping my mom. What do you mean by fully uninstalling? I took it out of downloads when I tested:)The only hack that was in was the window hack and yours the last test I did. If taking Insim out of downloads uninstalls, then it was uninstalled.Oh wait, I see. Reinstall FreeTime instructions are below.

I'll try tonight. I'm apologizing here, I've been so stressed over my mom's medical condition, gone all weekend, and last night someone attempted to break into my house for 30 minutes while I waited on 911. (Took a while!! Thankfully I've a metal door) So I'm a bit stressed.

I hope to get to test tonight. This week is rough but I'll surely try this idea of a new neighborhood and post back:)Wait!!! A fresh neighborhood?

Reinstalling Freetime, is that the only way to acquire a fresh neighborhood? I've not played on all neighborhoods yet, I just did a fresh install a few weeks ago. Could I take it out and try another neighborhood without uninstall? LOL I like Insim!! I'll remove it though, I think I can survive so nevermind. I'll do the fresh install of FreeTime and take out insim.:( This will be hard to do. LolI can say this, it's when they interact with a FreeTime hobby that within seconds they resort to empty on some interests. Thanks again!!:)XtsPS and thank you much sahmormakmom for trying to help and for telling how to remove insim fully.

I knew it was no longer supported and I am using object version. I'm going to try that one alternative you mentioned AFTER I test this. I'm just starting now to test and reinstall FreeTime, trying to read up first to be sure I do it right.:) Thanks both of you! XTS + sahmormakmom: Seems I figured it out:)Some facts - there are 18 interests bars, each of them can be set 0 to 10 points. These bars can be changed / maxed by mouse dragging in debug mode (when using cheat launcher - e.g. See Them 2, not by simply using the 'testingcheatsenabled' cheat).Maxis added a check (seems in FreeTime) - the sum of interests points used must not overreach 100 points.

This check comes into play when using e.g. The interactions XTS mentioned. If you use more than 100 points, some of the bars will be adjusted so the total amount of interests points doesn't exceed number 100.BTW debug mode is written by Maxis - I can just access its features by using ST2, but I can't fix this issue without writting a global hack - because this check is coded in Maxis routines.Dave. Dave: Thanks for checking into it!:)I wanted to say thanks. You took time out to look into this and I'm glad you did. I guess I'm going to be counting interest points for a while.

Gotta find where I can be comfortable losing 80 points with 18 bars. It seems 18 bars able to be at 10 points each would be 180 points. 100 being the max, it stands to reason I have to lose 80.4x18= 72 so I figure about 4-5 points off of each bar would balance it, or similar.I'd be interested in a global hack if you make one on this, especially if there's no real big reprecussions from having it.

I've just always noticed pure bliss when all sims have maxed interests. I like pure bliss. LolSahmormakmom, I like the simblender file you offered up, thanks much! It helps fill the void of the insim 'thingy' as Dave called it. Dave: I'm definitely interested in your new 'thingy' but after what you said I shall call it a 'gadget'! Lol!If you can do this modifying without excessive stress I'd definitely be interested as counting and balancing is monotenous. I did try a quad hack I found at the link given by sahmormakmom for the simblender and I loved that too!

Lots of good has come from my original post here so I'm not disappointed:) Thanks so much for looking into the option for the interests!! I never had any idea you weren't so well with english, it doesn't show.:) You write really well! Thanks for taking the time for working on this stuff for us. You rock!.Xts. I have a problem. The hacked worked but when the sim goes in the shower, their body becomes invisable but come back to normal when their out. I don't if i did something wrong or what. This issue is not related to ST2. Remove obsolete nudity-related global hacks out of the game folder.

The same for buggy naked body meshes and especially skin tones. There are a few user-created skin tones not being able to work on naked bodies. Removing them out of the game folder helps (the Sim will get a skin tone by Maxis). It works great with my Sims 2!But, I recently downloaded the Sims life stories, and I was just wondering whether you'd be releasing the nude patch for that any time soon?I have almost no time for finishing See Them 2.4:(News in ST 2.4:- supports TSLS, TSPS, TSCS;- better compatibility with Vista;- vertex hacks manually added can be found in more locations / with more filenames;- user interface contains hints describing what each feature does.I have no testers with Vista, so I stopped working on the new version.Dave. I've never installed any other censor removing patches/cracks, and of course I have Custom Content Enabled, and still the censor grid is still there, though the 45º thingy works.I have both turned on.If that matters, I have ALL expansions/stuff packs and I'm using Windows Vista Ultimate. UUCheck if there's a file called 'censor.package' in your Downloads folder - if not, something has deleted it (e.g.

If you use some tools for global hacks removing) or system security settings / bad-adjusted security tools prevented the file from being created. The game / other modding tools has to be off when applying changes in ST2. What do i click on to unzip? When i click on the download and WinRar comes up all it says is a file that is.Windows XP and above can unzip the archive without using any extra tool.

If you used Winrar and it said the file was corrupted, just redownload.Absolutely don't know what you meant by 'it says is a file that is.' ;o).If you use Winzip / Winrar, the best method is to right-click on the archive after downloading and choosing 'Extract here' - with moving the extracted files to the appropriate folder then. Hey, pls help me. There is a problem here. I have only the base game installed. With males works fine but with females, their whole body becomes transparent!Read what lp1963 wrote above:Its not the censor remover causing your sims to go invisible its that you do not have the proper mesh to go with the skintone. If the mesh is missing all that will show when Sim is naked it the head or the head and penis if you have a penis hack.Use different skintone for your female Sims / remove body defaults not having the corresponding mesh.

Naguita: Your problems are not related to See Them 2.First, delete the file 'groups.cache' located in My documentsEA GamesThe Sims 2 - if you have tons of downloads, the file often gets corrupted if you turn off your computer too early after quitting the game and the game won't start at all. The file will be recreated by the game with the next start. My GF has 10000+ downloads and has to delete the file with every second start.Should this not help, remove the newest user-created files you downloaded to determine which one is buggy.Dave. Erm, I'm new here so I'm not sure if I'm doing everything correctly, but I have tried these steps so far and nothing has worked for me:+ Downloaded & Zipped See Them 2.31+ (You stated that we don't need to put them in any specific folder and that it can find where to go by itself? So I don't need to do anything from what I understand?)+ Loaded See Them 2.31 before entering The Sims 2.+ Enabled Custom Content- Blurr effect is still there.Any suggestions or comments as to what I might be doing wrong?

(I apologize if this sounds as if I'm not reading everything or as if I'm a 'noob.' ) I've pretty much looked at everything regarding how to download and how to run it, but still not finding my solution.

There is a big green check mark indicating you turned the feature on - did you see it? But anywho, I enabled it and closed the program.
